FAQ
Where are you based?
I am based in the Colorado Springs area, but I am willing to travel.
What if the weather is not cooperating?
We can gladly reschedule your session at no cost to you.
What if my session needs to be rescheduled?
I require a 48 hour notice in the event you need to reschedule! The non-refundable retainer fee can be moved to ONE new date. Beyond that you will have to pay the fee again in order to get back on the calendar.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 3 weeks (sometimes less). You can download your photos from the online gallery.
How many pictures will we receive?
The number of photos is dependent on which package you choose! Additional photos are available for purchase, as well as upgrading your gallery to receive all the edited images from your session!
Do you offer prints?
Currently I do not offer prints. I give every client a print release, so you can print them at your leisure. I can recommend printing labs/sites upon request. Please avoid printing services from places such as Walmart due to their lower quality equipment which could cause distortion to your images. I am not responsible for the print quality of the images.
How do I pay?
I will send you an invoice to your email where you will be able to pay for your session.
Do you offer payment plans?
Contact me so we can discuss your options of a payment plan! I try to keep my prices as affordable as possible while not sacrificing quality, but also understand things can come up.
Images will not be delivered until full payment has been received.
Are you able to expedite a session if I need it sooner than your turn around time?
Yes! If needing your images back in under 5 days I require an expediting fee.
